Do you process GCash or Maya payments?
Suki records digital tender types (e.g., GCash/Maya) in your reports out of the box. We do not process payments; use your existing provider and record the tender in POS.
How do points work?
Default earn rate is ₱100 = 1 point (configurable). Customers earn using their mobile number (no card required), and redemptions use a secure QR flow with server-side validation.
Will it work if internet goes down?
Yes. The POS is offline‑capable. Sales queue locally and sync automatically when the network returns. Certain features (e.g., reporting, staff changes) require connectivity.
Is the system BIR compliant?
Yes. We support PH BIR requirements such as OR series management and X/Z reporting within the POS.
Do you support multi‑location setups?
Yes. We support multi‑store catalogs, branch‑level staff permissions, and roll‑up reporting for owners and franchisors.
How do onboarding and training work?
We offer guided onboarding, data import (products/customers), and staff training sessions. Self‑serve resources are available in docs and videos.
Can we export our data?
Yes. You can export sales, customers, and product data in CSV/PDF (available on Advanced). Programmatic API access and third‑party integrations are Enterprise‑only; contact sales to enable.
What support SLAs do you offer?
Standard plans include email support within business hours. Enterprise plans offer priority channels and defined SLAs—contact sales to tailor coverage.
What are the pricing tiers?
Free 30‑day trial. Starter ₱49/mo, Standard ₱599/mo, Advanced ₱1,299/mo. Enterprise by request. Annual billing: save 2 months (pay 10 months) — Starter ₱490/year, Standard ₱5,990/year, Advanced ₱12,990/year.
