Unlike traditional POS systems with monthly subscriptions, Suki uses a simple credit-based billing model. Here's everything you need to know.
How It Works
Every completed sale in Suki POS uses one transaction credit. You purchase credits in packs through the app, and they never expire — unused credits roll over indefinitely.
Choosing the Right Pack
We offer five credit packs to fit businesses of all sizes:
- Starter (1,000 credits) — Perfect for trying out Suki beyond the free trial
- Small (5,000 credits) — Great for small shops with moderate traffic
- Medium (10,000 credits) — Our most popular pack for growing businesses
- Large (25,000 credits) — Ideal for busy stores with high transaction volume
- Enterprise (50,000 credits) — Best value for large-scale operations
The more credits you buy, the lower your per-transaction cost — with savings up to 50% on the Enterprise pack.
What Happens When Credits Run Low?
Suki will alert you when your balance reaches 100, 50, and 10 remaining credits. When you run out, you'll get 3 emergency transactions to complete any in-progress sales before needing to purchase more.
Boost Engagement with Campaign Passes
In addition to transaction credits, Suki offers optional Campaign Passes that let you send push notification promotions to your Perks app customers. Choose a Weekly Pass (₱49, up to 4 campaigns) for occasional promos, or a Monthly Pass (₱99, unlimited campaigns) if you run frequent promotions. Campaign Passes are separate from your transaction credits and purchased the same way through the app.
The Bottom Line
With Suki, you only pay for what you use. No monthly fees, no contracts, no surprises. Start with our free trial and purchase credits when you're ready.
